Public Offer

1. Parties and acceptance

Contractor: Individual Entrepreneur Alexander A. Obukhov, Tax ID 182906871822, Registration No. 320774600430172. The customer is a legally capable user. Payment for a credit pack or the first subscription period constitutes full acceptance of this offer.

2. Service

The contractor provides access to the software interface and arranges AI computation through third-party providers. Outputs are generated automatically from customer settings.

3. Price and payment

Pack and 30-day subscription prices are shown in Russian rubles. Payments are handled by the connected payment provider and electronic receipts are issued under applicable law.

Subscription activation requires separate consent to recurring billing every 30 days. Auto-renewal can be disabled in the account; access remains available through the paid period.

4. Credits

Credits are an internal unit for access to features; they are not currency or electronic money. The task price is shown before confirmation.

5. Performance

A task service is performed when an output is provided or the computation is confirmed. A total technical failure triggers an automatic credit refund.

6. Refunds

An unused pack may be refunded on request within 14 calendar days if no credit from the pack has been spent. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Rights

The customer warrants that uploaded materials are lawfully used. Rights-holder complaints are accepted through the dedicated page and by email.
