Terms of Use

1. General

These terms are agreed between the user and Individual Entrepreneur Alexander A. Obukhov, Tax ID 182906871822, Registration No. 320774600430172. Using the service means accepting these terms, the Privacy Policy and applicable payment terms.

2. Account

Users must provide a valid email, protect their password and remain responsible for account activity. Accounts may not be transferred to third parties.

3. User materials

By uploading materials, users confirm that they have the required rights and consents. Illegal content, exploitation of minors, fraud, privacy violations and copyright infringement are prohibited.

4. AI output

Generative models are probabilistic. Outputs may differ from expectations or contain inaccuracies. Users must verify facts, rights, labels, safety and suitability before publication or professional use.

5. Credits, subscriptions and tasks

The price is shown before launch. Credits are refunded automatically after a confirmed total technical failure. Monetary refund rules are published separately.

A subscription provides a daily credit allowance during the paid period. Unused daily credits do not roll over; one-time credit packs are stored separately and do not expire.

6. Access restrictions

The operator may stop a task or restrict an account for rule violations, security risks, fraud or a lawful authority request.

7. Liability and disputes

Liability is limited by applicable law. Claims should be sent to [email protected]; the parties will first attempt a pre-trial resolution.
