2. Data we process

We may process your email, session data, payment and task history, and images, video, audio or text you upload.

Card details are handled by the payment provider. Generonium does not store a full card number or CVC.

3. Purposes and legal grounds

Data is used for registration, fulfilling requests, balance accounting, fraud prevention, support and legal compliance. Grounds include contract performance, consent and statutory duties.

4. AI and infrastructure providers

Materials are sent only to providers required to perform the selected task. The technical route is recorded in the task audit.

Face images are used to create the requested output, not to establish identity. Users must have permission to process uploaded materials.

5. Retention and security

Retention depends on data type and privacy settings. Temporary files follow infrastructure deletion rules; account history is retained until account deletion or expiry of a mandatory period.

We use access controls, encrypted transport, audit logging and restricted access to provider credentials.

6. Cookies and local storage

Technical cookies and local storage support authentication, security, language and user preferences. Analytics are limited to what is required to improve the service.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, restriction or deletion and may withdraw consent by emailing [email protected]. Mandatory retention duties may continue after withdrawal.
