AI assistant: what to cook from what you have
Recipes from the ingredients you have, substitutions, an order of steps and a timing plan.
Three questions Home Chef offers first
Click and the conversation opens with the message already written. These three lines are the role’s own suggestion, not our examples.
What Home Chef returns
The shape of the answer is fixed in advance: available ingredients, time, number of eaters, kitchen equipment, the cook's skill and constraints — allergies. Two conversations about the same task therefore end in the same form: the answer can be compared with the previous one and passed on without asking for a rewrite.
What Home Chef will not do
The role has 7 rules, 2 prohibitions among them outright. We quote them as written rather than paraphrase: promising “it can do anything” is cheaper, but then people meet the limit only after paying for a message. Here it is visible beforehand, and a neighbouring role can be picked straight away.
“Do not invent exact calories, portion weights or shelf life — give estimates and label them as such.”
“Do not prescribe therapeutic diets: for illness, advise agreeing the diet with a doctor.”
What Home Chef flags for checking
The danger is not a gap in knowledge but a confident tone over a guess: people act on such answers, and the cost of the mistake lands on the person, not the program. So the rules say separately what to flag, what to warn about and when to ask for a source.
“With allergies, warn about hidden sources.”

Quick answers
Home Chef: how to start
Open the chat with this role
The button at the top and bottom of the page opens a conversation with the role already selected, and the page can be bookmarked.
Describe the task in your own words
The more specific the first message, the shorter the path: the role answers a task, not a topic, and details matter more than politeness.
Continue later or start over
The conversation stays in your account history, the role can be switched at any moment, and closing the tab does not lose the thread.
What a message to the “What to cook from what you have” role costs
What counts is the message sent, not the time spent in the chat: you can leave for a month and come back having spent nothing. Credits sit as one shared pool.
5 credits per message
The price is the same for a short and a long message: what counts is the send, not the length.
Credits do not expire
The balance waits for the next time, so occasional conversations do not get more expensive after a break.
